Mobile Notary Services

No need to move. I come to you wherever you are including home, offices, places of employment, hospitals, jails, nursing homes, treatment facilities, funeral homes, tow truck companies, probation or parole offices and more. Where you need a notary, I’m there.

Remote Online Notarization

Remote online notarization is the process of working with a notary public to notarize important documents virtually instead of in person. Simple, affordable and convenient - this notarization option is perfect for anyone. I will send you a link to verify your identification, either you or they will upload the documentation and you'll each click to sign.

Loan Signing Agent

My past experience working as a loan funder and closer gives me valuable insight into and explaining loan documents to borrowers. Working with escrow officers to close quick hard money loans I understand the importance for timely service to fund the loan ASAP. Buyer side, seller side, full purchase, loan modification, and more.

F.A.Q.

Generally speaking, a valid, unexpired government issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. If you don’t have access to a photo ID – there are options for you using biometrics and witnesses.

Before our appointment you’ll want to doublecheck that you have the following items because they are key to a smooth notarization:

  • The completed document you wish to notarize
  • Valid photo ID that meets state requirements
  • Any other individuals (with proper ID) who will be signing the document
  • Payment for notarial services

This is the convenient process of working with a notary public to notarize important documents virtually instead of in person.

I send a link to you, or your client’s email to securely validate their identity and then via video session documents are electronically signed and notarized. I use the Blue Notary platform, an easy-to-use, MISMO certified platform.

I have $100k+ insurance coverage, annual background checks, and extensive training in real estate & loan documents, to ensure a white glove service at every signing.

Texas state law regulates the maximum allowable fees a notary can charge for the act of notarizing a document.   In addition mobile notaries can also charge fees for travel and convenience.   These are not regulated by the state, but you and I of course will discuss and agree to any fees before I travel to you.
