I may be new to notarial work but, I am VERY experienced in the world of private money lending. Working as the funder/closer for USAM I Fund, I closed nearly 500 investment real estate loans totaling over $100 million from 2020-2023.
I am not just familiar with loan document packages. I worked with our attorney to order these packages, review the signed copies when they came in, and gave final approval to fund the loan. Title companies I have worked with include Independence Title, Spartan Title, Austin Title, Chicago Title, Texas National Title, and more.
My coverage area includes Williamson, Travis and nearby counties.
